Atoz Infracon Pvt Ltd is an infrastructure company engaged in the business of providing specialized trenchless technology services of micro-tunneling and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for installation of underground pipes, cables, conduits etc. The concern has its registered office in Kolkata and mainly operates through its Corporate office in Saltlake, Kolkata. The company provides services at various locations in West Bengal as well as various locations in the North East India.
The company was incorporated in 2001 as J.S Drilling Co. Pvt Ltd and was mainly engaged in HDD Technology, which is mainly laid in telecommunication lines. In 2008, the management adopted micro-tunneling technology in Kolkata, through the Bangalore based company Krita Engineering Co Pvt. Ltd. (KEPL). W.e.f 01/04/2010, under a scheme of demerger, filed with Kolkata and Bengaluru High Court, part of Krita Engineering Pvt Ltd was demerged with the proposed Atoz Infracon Pvt Ltd, with transference of all the assets, liabilities and technical credentials earned by KECPL in the north east division. On 12.05.2011, the company J.S Drilling Pvt Ltd came to be known as Atoz Infracon Pvt Ltd.
